Matthew J. Vinciguerra

Associate

Matthew Vinciguerra is an associate in the New York office of Clausen Miller P.C.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation involving casualty liability, first-party property insurance and insurance coverage matters.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Mr. Vinciguerra was an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office where he was the Family Court liaison for juvenile prosecutions and served on the Vehicular Prosecutions Task Force.  During his tenure at the Bronx District Attorney’s office, Mr. Vinciguerra successfully investigated and tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases.

Mr. Vinciguerra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Marist College and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.  He earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School where Mr. Vinciguerra was a member of the Albany Law Review and served as a Note and Comment Editor.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Vinciguerra was a White House intern in the Office of Legislative Affairs, House Liaison during the Administration of William Jefferson Clinton.

Mr. Vinciguerra is admitted in New York and Massachusetts.
