Lisa J. Smuckler

Lisa J. Smuckler is an associate with Clausen Miller P.C. who concentrates her practice in the area of insurance coverage litigation and other commercial disputes.  Lisa represents insurance companies throughout the United States in a wide variety of complex insurance coverage disputes, including advertising injury, construction defect, products liability, toxic tort and reinsurance claims.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller P.C., Lisa worked at a mid-sized firm in Chicago, where she focused on insurance coverage analysis and litigation involving commercial general liability and excess policies, professional liability policies, managed care liability policies, as well as bad faith litigation.

Lisa received her B.A. degree in French, With Honors, from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Lisa is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
