Maura Lutz Morgan

Attorney

Maura Lutz Morgan is an attorney with Clausen Miller P.C. who concentrates her litigation practice in the areas of liability coverage defense, products liability, construction liability, premises liability, employment discrimination and toxic tort.  Among her clients, Ms. Morgan represents an international automotive supplier in lawsuits across the country and has tried cases in state and federal court.  She also represents a manufacturer of railcars involved in litigation worldwide.  Ms. Morgan assists in serving as regional counsel to a Fortune 500 company for the defense of all claims brought within the designated geographical region.

Maura received a B.A. in English literature and writing from Fairfield University in 1987.  In 1990, she graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law where she was a winner in the moot court competition involving Michigan’s marital rape exemption law.
