James T. Ferrini
Of Counsel
Mr. Ferrini, a 1963 cum laude graduate of Loyola Law School, is Of Counsel to the firm, and a trial/appellate attorney who is the senior member of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. His practice is now primarily directed to post-trial proceedings and appeals. He litigates not only those appeals which are generated by the trial attorneys on the Clausen Miller P.C. staff but those which arise in cases which have been tried by other law firms. His practice is national in scope: he has briefed and argued cases before the United States Supreme Court, the Third, Fourth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth and Tenth Federal Circuits, as well as the intermediate and highest reviewing courts of more than two dozen states. He has an "AV" rating with Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest ranking in legal ability and ethical standards as determined by his peers in the legal community.
