Annabel V. Teiling

Senior Associate

Annabel V. Teiling is a senior associate in the New York office of Clausen Miller.  Her practice is principally concentrated in the areas of environmental law, toxic torts, products liability, property loss litigation, including the defense and prosecution of subrogation actions, and insurance coverage. 

Ms. Teiling has extensive experience in the field of environmental law, advising clients on exposures and claims arising from pollution risks and claims, including CERCLA liabilities, direct administrative and regulatory matters with the EPA and various state and local environmental regulatory agencies.  She also handles toxic tort claims, including mold, asbestos, latex glove, and lead paint claims. 

Ms. Teiling received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with a German Minor from the University of California at Santa Barbara and received her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law.  While at Pace, Ms. Teiling was an Editorial Board Member of the Pace Environmental Law Review and was awarded the White Plains Bar Association Environmental Law Scholar Award and Scholarship.  All her previous studies were conducted in French.  Ms. Teiling is bilingual in French and English.

Ms. Teiling is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of New York, as well as the state courts of New Jersey and Washington D.C.
