Rodd E. Elges

Rodd Elges is a litigator who practices primarily in the area of tort litigation.  Mr. Elges specializes in cases involving professional liability, product liability, construction, premises liability, automobile and general liability litigation.  He has extensive experience in defending catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.  Mr. Elges also specializes in handling high exposure trucking litigation.  In addition to tort litigation, Mr. Elges also provides commercial litigation services and manages other matters for several business clients.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Mr. Elges worked as a plaintiff’s attorney.  Drawing upon this experience greatly enhances his ability to develop and implement successful defense strategies at trial or through alternative dispute resolution.  While maintaining a strong presence and reputation within the Chicago legal community, Mr. Elges’ practice has expanded, at the request of his clients, throughout Illinois and several other states.
