Michael T. Loffredo

Michael T. Loffredo is a partner in the New York Office of Clausen Miller, P.C. He represents physicians, physicians’ practices, and hospitals in medical malpractice and health law matters. Mr. Loffredo’s practice areas also include premises liability and general liability defense.

Mr. Loffredo was previously an associate at a general/professional liability litigation defense firm in New York for five years where he represented pharmaceutical companies, corporate clients and medical professionals in areas such as products liability, medical malpractice and contract disputes.

Mr. Loffredo received his undergraduate degree from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and his law degree from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.
