Paul C. Ferland

Associate

Paul Ferland is an associate in the New York office of Clausen Miller, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation involving first-party property coverage and subrogation.

Mr. Ferland received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Brockport in 2001 and received his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2005, where he graduated cum laude and was selected to participate in the first annual James Bond Moot Court Competition. 

In addition to his work in the field of insurance law, Mr. Ferland has previous experience in construction litigation, handling large-scale disputes between contractors and owners over claims involving construction defects, products liability, and consumer fraud. 

Mr. Ferland is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law at both federal and state levels in New York and New Jersey.
