Elizabeth Jozefowicz
Attorney
Beth is an attorney with the firm’s Chicago office. Beth works with insurance companies throughout the United States in a wide variety of complex insurance coverage matters, including matters involving construction defects; advertising injury; predatory lending; and environmental, silica, mold, asbestos, welding rod, and other mass toxic tort claims. Her practice includes all aspects of insurance coverage law including preparing opinions letters, coverage position letters, and litigating declaratory judgment actions.
Prior to joining Clausen Miller P.C., Beth was an in-house Senior Attorney for ACE USA in its Major Claims Litigation Office litigating asbestos and environmental insurance coverage matters. Beth started her career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anthony J. Scotillo in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
Beth is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Beth has also been admitted pro hac vice in numerous state and federal jurisdictions throughout the United States.
