Brian S. Gitnik

Brian S. Gitnik is a partner in the New York office of Clausen Miller P.C. His practice areas include general liability defense, professional liability, premises liability and medical malpractice/health care. Mr. Gitnik received his Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at Albany and his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2000.

Mr. Gitnik was previously an associate at a general/professional liability litigation defense firm in New York for four years where he represented insurance agents and brokers, property owners, various construction entities and insurance companies in areas such as products liability, premises liability and professional errors and omissions.

Mr. Gitnik has been admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut as well as the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.

He is a member of the Association of the Bar of Westchester County, as well as the New York State Bar Associations.
