Erin E. Pellegrino

Erin E. Pellegrino is an attorney with Clausen Miller P.C. in the Property Practice Group. Ms. Pellegrino concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and first-party property. Her experience ranges from providing claims handling advice to representing insurance carriers in large, complex, multi-million dollar coverage disputes and defending allegations of insurer bad faith. Ms. Pellegrino has handled matters involving first-party claims for property damage, product contamination, mold and business interruption, as well as claims arising out of Hurricane Katrina. She has litigated cases in multiple jurisdictions across the United States and has experience in alternative dispute forums such as appraisal and arbitration.
Ms. Pellegrino is a contributing author on the CM Report for Design Professionals writing staff. She also serves on Clausen Miller's Mentoring Committee.
Ms. Pellegrino joined the firm in 1998 after graduating cum laude from The John Marshall Law School, where she was a published member of the Law Review.
