Erin E. Pellegrino is a partner with Clausen Miller P.C. in the Property Practice Group. Ms. Pellegrino was a 1997 Clausen Miller P.C. Summer Associate and joined the firm in 1998 after graduating cum laude from The John Marshall Law School.
At John Marshall, Ms. Pellegrino was a three-year recipient of a Dean's Scholarship. She was a published member of the Law Review and also participated in several Moot Court competitions. During law school, Ms. Pellegrino worked at a plaintiffs' personal injury firm.
Ms. Pellegrino earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Benedictine University and graduated magna cum laude in August of 1994. While at Illinois Benedictine, Ms. Pellegrino was a yearly recipient of the Illinois Benedictine Merit Award.
Ms. Pellegrino has extensive experience litigating large, complex, multi-million dollar first-party insurance coverage disputes arising out of industrial catastrophes. She also has experience in alternative dispute forums such as appraisal and arbitration.
Ms. Pellegrino is a contributing author on the CM Report for Design Professionals writing staff. She also serves on Clausen Miller's Marketing Committee, Summer Associate Committee, Hiring Committee and Mentoring Committee.
