Bryan A. McBurney

Bryan A. McBurney is an associate in the Irvine office of Clausen Miller P.C. His practice areas include insurance coverage, bad faith defense and subrogation.

Mr. McBurney is the co-author (with Dennis Fitzpatrick) of Clausen Miller's California Insurance Regulation Manual and has provided Clausen Miller clients with Section 2695.6 training seminars on California Insurance Regulations.  

Mr. McBurney received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California San Diego in theatre and his Juris Doctorate from University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco in 1993. Mr. McBurney was admitted to the California State Bar in 1994. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California.
