Joseph W. Szalyga is an associate in the New York office of Clausen Miller, P.C. Mr. Szalyga’s primary practice area is subrogation. 

Since his admission, Mr. Szalyga has been prosecuting subrogation actions arising from fires, floods, building collapses and construction and auto accidents.  He has litigated several cases to verdict.  

Mr. Szalyga received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University in 2000 and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2003.
