Malcolm J. Reilly

Malcolm J. Reilly is an associate in the New York office of Clausen Miller, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation involving first-party property coverage and subrogation.

Mr. Reilly received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Philosophy from the University of Oregon in 1995 and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2002. While at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Reilly was a member of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. He also served as the Chairperson of the Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest and on the Board of Directors of Equal Justice Works, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating opportunities in public interest law for law students and recent law school graduates.

Mr. Reilly is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law at both federal and state levels in New York and New Jersey.
