Carl M. Perri is a partner in the New York and New Jersey offices of Clausen Miller P.C.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of casualty/liability defense, construction litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, professional malpractice, employment law, real estate and personal injury matters including the defense of lawyers, accountants, real estate professionals, and directors and officers on both the State and Federal level. Additionally he represents architects and engineers, title companies and title searches.

Mr. Perri currently litigates cases at the state and federal level in New York and New Jersey and is admitted to practice in both states.  He is admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.  He is also admitted to the US Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.

Mr. Perri also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation.  He has successfully resolved numerous cases through alternative dispute resolution methods.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller P.C., Mr. Perri was a trial attorney in an insurance defense firm where he prepared for, conducted and participated in several jury trials to successful resolutions.

Mr. Perri received his undergraduate degree from Saint Bonaventure University and received his law degree from New York Law School.
