K. Clark Schirle

Clark Schirle is a partner with Clausen Miller P.C. in the first-party property group. His practice areas include property losses, business interruption, insurance coverage and international. 

Mr. Schirle has extensive experience litigating large, complex, multi-million dollar first-party insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Schirle also has experience in complex international insurance litigation, particularly as it relates to jurisdictional and forum disputes. Mr. Schirle has also litigated numerous, complex, multi-million-dollar cases for both plaintiffs and defendants involving a wide range of commercial matters.

Mr. Schirle graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Illinois in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He graduated from the U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1988.
