Kelly A. Jorgensen

Associate

Kelly A. Jorgensen is an associate in the Chicago office of Clausen Miller, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage, first-party property, professional liability, and construction litigation. Within these areas, Ms. Jorgensen has handled matters involving first-party property claims for property damage, business interruption, product contamination, and mold. Ms. Jorgensen has also has analyzed first-party property issues and handled claims arising from the September 11 attacks and Hurricane Katrina.

Ms. Jorgensen has also handled cases involving architect and engineer professional liability.  These cases involve both serious personal injuries and significant property losses. She has also prosecuted subrogation cases.

Ms. Jorgensen earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in 1999 and received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2002, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif.
