Mia A. Kelly

Mia Angelique Kelly is an associate in the Irvine, California office of Clausen Miller P.C. Her practice areas include products liability, premises liability and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Ms. Kelly was an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens County District Attorney's Office, where she tried a number of cases involving domestic violence. Ms. Kelly also worked at a large national firm in New York City where she was a member of the firm's general litigation group practicing products liability, toxic tort, and premises liability.
Ms. Kelly received her bachelor of arts from the University of California at San Diego in 1998 and her juris doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 2001. While at Syracuse, Ms. Kelly was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and an editor of the Law and Technology Journal. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2002 and the California Bar in 2007.
