Marc P. Madonia is a senior associate in the New York office of Clausen Miller P.C. Mr. Madonia concentrates his practice on insurance subrogation.
Since his admission and prior to joining Clausen Miller, Mr. Madonia practiced civil litigation for 10 years, handling coverage and recovery cases including auto, personal injury, and property and workers compensation. Mr. Madonia has extensive trial experience with over 15 jury verdicts. Mr. Madonia's verdict results range in value from $10,000 to $1,000,000. Over the course of his career Mr. Madonia has recovered millions for his clients through negotiations, mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Madonia was named three times to Superlawyers Rising Stars list (2009, 2010, and 2012). Mr. Madonia has an AV® Preeminent™ rating with Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest ranking in legal ability and ethical standards as determined by his peers in the legal community.
In addition to being a litigator, Mr. Madonia also presents educational seminars on recovery topics including strategies to maximize recoveries. In connection with his presentations, Mr. Madonia has had papers published focusing on effective use of discovery procedures.
A native of southern Connecticut, Mr. Madonia recently returned to New York following 10 years of practice in North Carolina. He is also admitted to practice in New Jersey. Mr. Madonia received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Franklin & Marshall College in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School in 2001.
