Kimberly A. Hartman

Associate

Kimberly A. Hartman is an associate in the Chicago office.  She joined the firm in 2007, and is part of the Appellate Practice Group.

Kimberly has represented clients in state and federal jurisdictions.  She has successfully litigated and mediated complex suits in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, construction law and professional and medical malpractice. 

Prior to joining Clausen Miller, she was an associate with the firm of Franklin & Prokopik, P.C. in Baltimore, Maryland.  Her practice in Maryland included extensive discovery, motions, trial and appellate work.

During and immediately after law school, Kimberly clerked for Judge Lawrence Daniels of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, and Judge Thomas J.S. Waxter, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
