Mark J. Pastuszak is an attorney with Clausen Miller, P.C. who practices primarily in the area of liability insurance coverage analysis and litigation. Before entering practice, Mr. Pastuszak was law clerk to multiple judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey, including the presiding civil judge of Union County.
Mr. Pastuszak specializes in the provision of counsel to insurance companies and policyholders. His experience includes preparation of opinion letters and drafting policy language, and litigation of disputes between and among insurers, policyholders and claimants concerning the availability or scope of coverage, enforcement of policy conditions and the interplay of multiple coverages.
