George K. Flynn

Partner

George K. Flynn is a partner in the Chicago office of Clausen Miller P.C., who concentrates in the areas of civil litigation involving professional liability, general liability, and commercial disputes. He has experience defending attorneys, actuaries, accountants, appraisers, insurance agents, brokers and other professionals in tort and commercial actions. He handles products liability, general liability and construction litigation, and has extensive experience in handling individual and class action claims involving consumer protection statutes such as TILA, FDCPA, FCRA and BAPCPA.  He also has experience in subrogation, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation and workers’ compensation defense.

Mr. Flynn graduated from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, and was a member of the school’s National Appellate Advocacy team.  He also completed an internship at the Sixty-Plus Elder Law Clinic where he counseled clients over the age of 60 on various legal matters.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University in 1993.

After graduating from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1997, Mr. Flynn joined a Chicago insurance defense firm which concentrated on workers' compensation and general liability defense. He gained extensive trial experience from his practice before arbitrators of the Illinois Industrial Commission, and also argued multiple appellate cases before panels of the Illinois Industrial Commission.
