Paige M. Neel
Partner
Paige M. Neel is a partner in the Chicago office, and concentrates her practice on civil litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, employment law, professional liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation. Paige has significant litigation experience, including both bench and jury trials.
Ms. Neel's practice focuses on the defense of her clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before state licensing agencies, the EEOC and the Illinois Human Rights Commission. She practices in state and federal courts in both Illinois and Indiana. Ms. Neel has represented and defended a variety of clients, including school districts, employment staffing agencies, social workers, attorneys, physicians, hospitals, construction and financial consultants, financial institutions, condominium associations, various corporations and other businesses and their boards. Ms. Neel also has significant experience defending retailers in various disputes.
Ms. Neel received a B.A. with distinction in Speech Communications and Political Science from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1998. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University-Bloomington School of Law in 2001.
Ms. Neel is an active member of the firm's Indiana Practice Committee.
