Kimberley C. Nielsen

Kimberley Nielsen is an associate with the New York Office of Clausen Miller. She concentrates her practice in the areas of first-party property litigation, subrogation and insurance coverage. Ms. Nielsen has significant litigation experience, as she was an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office for approximately five years, where she tried a large variety of cases.
Ms. Nielsen received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University, in 1997, where she earned a double major in history and English literature. She graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C., with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2000. While in law school, Ms. Nielsen served as an editor of the Administrative Law Review, and competed in various mock trial competitions.
