Jeffrey W. Varcadipane

Jeffrey W. Varcadipane is a litigation associate and practices out of the New York and New Jersey offices of Clausen Miller P.C.

Mr. Varcadipane handles a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters including products liability, real estate litigation, architectural and engineering malpractice, construction defects and other professional malpractice. He also regularly represents banks and other financial institutions in civil and commercial disputes, including claims under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and the Truth in Lending Act.

Mr. Varcadipane currently litigates cases at both the state and federal level. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the District of New Jersey. Mr. Varcadipane is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Mr. Varcadipane worked for a prominent national Plaintiffs firm, where he successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. His trial accomplishments have been published in the New York Law Publishing Company's, VerdictSearch.

Mr. Varcadipane has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation. He has successfully resolved many matters by way of arbitration and mediation.

Mr. Varcadipane received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law where he focused his studies on litigation and alternative dispute resolution. During law school, Mr. Varcadipane studied international dispute resolution at the Queens University in Belfast and the University College Dublin. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of North Florida, with highest honors (summa cum laude). At the University of North Florida, Mr. Varcadipane was a member of the National Honor Society, the National Business Honor Society and the International Honor Society in Economics.

Mr. Varcadipane is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
