Paul W. Daugherity

Associate

Paul W. Daugherity is an associate at Clausen Miller, P.C., where he is a member of the firm's Chicago Casualty practice group.  Prior to joining Clausen, Paul worked for a small defense firm where he focused on defending hospitals in medical malpractice and premises liability cases.

Paul graduated from Iowa State University in 1997 with a B.S. in psychology and sociology.  He received an M.A. in sociology from SUNY at Albany in 2000, and graduated from DePaul Law School in 2005.
