Paul W. Daugherity

Associate

Paul W. Daugherity is an associate in the Chicago office and concentrates his practice in products liability, construction litigation, motor vehicle accidents involving semi-trucks and automobiles, and general casualty liability defense.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller P.C., Mr. Daugherity worked for another defense firm in Chicago where he focused on medical malpractice defense of hospitals.  Mr. Daugherity has significant litigation experience, and is particularly well versed in successful motion practice in the State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Daugherity earned a B.S. in both sociology and psychology from Iowa State University in 1997.  In 2000, he earned his M.A. in sociology, with a focus on demography, from the State University of New York at Albany.  In 2005, he earned his juris doctorate from DePaul University School of Law.
