Jennifer W. Shon

Jennifer W. Shon is a Senior Associate at Clausen Miller's New York office. Ms. Shon defends hospitals, physicians practices, physicians and related businesses in the health care field in health law matters. Her practice also includes commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration involving both domestic and international corporations.
Ms. Shon has tried numerous jury trials as the lead counsel in New York State Supreme Court prior to joining Clausen Miller. Ms. Shon was an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County NY District Attorney's office since 1999 where she was a felony trial attorney.
Ms. Shon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from New York University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
