G. Brent Sims

Associate

Brent Sims is an associate at the Irvine, California office of Clausen Miller P.C. Mr. Sims’ practice focuses on the handling of complex commercial, construction and tort litigation matters in both Federal and State Courts.

Mr. Sims graduated from the University of Southern California Law Center and was admitted to the California Bar in 1995.  He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California.  He is a member of the Los Angeles County and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Sims has a broad range of experience in handling and assisting with litigation on behalf of corporations and individuals. He has been involved in the representation of national and multi-national corporations, including semiconductor manufacturers, tire manufacturers, tomato growers, cosmetic manufacturers and equipment suppliers and has handled multi-million dollar disputes.  He has also represented public entities in a variety of litigation matters. 

Mr. Sims has represented insurers at the trial court and appellate court level.  He had advised insurers in complex disputes involving insurance coverage matters and rendering advice under a wide variety of policies.     

Prior to law school, Mr. Sims received his B.A. degree from California State University Fullerton.
