Todd M. Murphy
Associate
Todd M. Murphy is an associate at Clausen Miller, and joined the firm in 2003 after graduating cum laude from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. His work at Clausen Miller focuses primarily on various areas in casualty litigation and insurance matters.
While attending John Marshall, Mr. Murphy was published in The John Marshall Law Review and served as an editor on its Board. He served as President of the Student Bar Association and has held seats on the Alumni Board of Directors, the Decanal Search Committee, and the Faculty Executive Committee. Prior to joining Clausen Miller, he was an intern with the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, participating in various areas of labor and employment defense litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Murphy served as Clinical Studies Coordinator for the Divisions of Gastroenterology at Loyola University Medical Center and Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center, composing grants for the National Institute of Health and organizing numerous pharmaceutical, surgical, and oncological studies.
A Chicago native, Mr. Murphy received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Notre Dame in 1996, where he studied English and Pre-Professional Studies.
