Bradford S. Krause
Senior Associate
Bradford S. Krause is a senior associate at Clausen Miller’s Chicago office. Mr. Krause’s is a trial attorney who’s practice is predominately concentrated in the defense of businesses, individuals and insurance companies in a variety of complex claims, many of which include catastrophic injury or wrongful death. Mr. Krause has extensive experience in defending product and professional liability, health care litigation, auto and trucking litigation, construction-related litigation and commercial and business matters. Among others, he has counseled and defended physicians, psychologists, nurses, social workers, hospitals, construction and financial consultants, architects, engineers, manufacturers, contractors, truckers, financial institutions, businesses and other organizations.
Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Mr. Krause was an Assistant State’s Attorney in Lake County, Illinois and in private practice. As a prosecutor, he successfully argued countless motions and tried dozens of bench and jury trials to verdict. While in private practice, he represented taxpayers who faced criminal and civil accusations by the IRS in federal tax court and administrative hearings.
Mr. Krause received his Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1994 and his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University in 1997. While at DePaul, he was a member of the Business Law Journal. Mr. Krause is a member of the Northern and Central District Federal Bars, as well as the Illinois, Chicago and Lake County Bar Associations.
