Alexander X. Saunders is an associate in the New York office of Clausen Miller P.C. His practice areas include commercial litigation, first-party property litigation, subrogation and insurance coverage.

Mr. Saunders was awarded a Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School and he received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida.

He has extensive experience in a broad range of matters including general liability, environmental law, construction, contract disputes, professional liability, coverage cases and subrogation actions. He has successfully handled numerous complex matters through all stages of litigation and has obtained favorable judgments in various significant commercial disputes.

Mr. Saunders is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey as well as the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and the District Court of New Jersey.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Saunders is bilingual in English and Spanish.
