Instructed by international reinsurers to advise on coverage in relation to a series of US$ multi-million losses over several policy periods at an ammonia plant in the Middle East.

Advising a Lloyd’s syndicate on contingent BI coverage issues in relation to a US$ multi-million loss in South America.

Coverage advice of a multi million claim following a landslide at a limestone quarry in USA.

Instructed by international insurers in relation to a US$ multi-million subrogation arising from the failure of a jet fuel storage tank.

Represented North American and UK insurance markets over 7 policy periods and multiple layers and successfully resolved an underwriting and coverage dispute with the insured arising from the alleged subsidence of a major facility in the North of England.

Acted for EAR insurers in a multi-jurisdictional dispute with their insured in relation to an advanced loss of profits claim arising from the delayed start up of a petrochemical plant in the Caribbean.
