Christopher T. Scanlon

Christopher T. Scanlon is a partner in the New York office of Clausen Miller. His practice focuses on issues of professional liability, environmental claims, casualty and coverage. He has extensive experience litigating legal, accounting and engineering malpractice claims and has represented broker dealers, financial advisors and other financial institutions in arbitration and other proceedings. He also has significant experience defending petroleum product contamination and environmental consulting errors and omissions claims. Mr. Scanlon has successfully represented numerous clients at trial and his advice on procedure and trial technique is solicited by peers both in and outside the New York metropolitan area.

Mr. Scanlon was awarded his Juris Doctorate cum laude by St. John's University in 1996. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Fordham University in 1988.

Mr. Scanlon is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
