Christopher T. Scanlon

Associate

Christopher T. Scanlon is a senior associate in the New York office of Clausen Miller. His practice focuses on issues of professional liability, casualty and coverage. He has extensive experience litigating no-fault and uninsured/underinsured coverage and claims, and has practiced in the areas of admiralty and securities arbitration. Mr. Scanlon has successfully represented numerous clients at trial  and his advice on trial technique and procedure is solicited by peers both in and outside the New York metropolitan area.

Mr. Scanlon was awarded his Juris Doctorate cum laude by St. John's University in 1996. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Fordham University in 1988.


Mr. Scanlon is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
