Eric T. Krejci
Associate
Eric T. Krejci is an associate in the New York office of Clausen Miller P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation involving first-party property coverage, reinsurance, casualty/liability defense and subrogation.
Mr. Krejci began his career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where he conducted numerous violent felony trials, pre-trial evidentiary hearings and grand jury presentations. In addition to prosecuting violent felony cases, Mr. Krejci investigated and prosecuted large scale narcotics and organized crime syndicates though the use of wiretaps and other forms of court ordered electronic surveillance.
Mr. Krejci graduated from Binghamton University, cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in both Law and Society and Philosophy. Mr. Krejci received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a senior associate for the Journal of Law and Policy.
Mr. Krejci is admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of New York and several courts of federal jurisdiction, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
