Margaret Hupp Fahey

Ms. Fahey graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1986 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar the same year. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fahey received a Bachelor of Journalism degree with high honors from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.

Ms. Fahey joined Clausen Miller P.C. out of law school and works in the areas of property insurance, construction law, design professional liability, and agent/broker liability. These areas of practice involve Ms. Fahey in a wide range of alternative dispute forums, such as appraisal and arbitration, as well as more traditional litigation in jurisdictions throughout the country.

Ms. Fahey has made presentations to a variety of  organizations in the insurance industry and to design professional and construction firms.

Ms. Fahey is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
