Edward M. Tobin

Edward M. Tobin, originally from New York City, is an associate specializing in litigation involving medical malpractice and health care issues, business and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Mr. Tobin spent several years at Thurm & Heller, LLP representing physicians in disciplinary proceedings and handling contractual and transactional matters for physicians, physician practices, and assisted living facilities. In addition, Mr. Tobin spent several years at Smith Abbot, LLP and Thelen Reid & Priest LLP representing multinational corporations in nationwide toxic tort litigation, both as national coordinating counsel and counsel of record in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Tobin received his B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University, with honors, and his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law. Mr. Tobin is a member of the New York State and New Jersey Bar Associations.
