Amber N. Oleson
Associate
Amber N. Oleson is an associate who focuses her practice in the analysis and litigation of liability issues with a concentration in the areas of environmental contamination, mass tort, and toxic tort. She represents insurers in complex insurance coverage litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Amber also has experience providing practical guidance and advice to clients in pre-litigation matters involving general liability policies, umbrella and excess policies, and pollution legal liability policies.
Amber received her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2009. While attending law school, Amber was published in the Children's Legal Rights Journal and served as the Journal's Solicitations Editor and Senior Editor. Amber received her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from the University of Southern California where she studied Broadcast Journalism and Political Science.
Amber is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
