Hillary R. Ahle

Hillary R. Ahle is an associate with Clausen Miller P.C. Ms. Ahle is a member of the firm’s liability coverage group and primarily concentrates her practice in all aspects of liability insurance coverage law, environmental and toxic tort coverage litigation, and other insurance coverage matters.
Ms. Ahle received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2004. Ms. Ahle was a 2006 Clausen Miller P.C. Summer Associate and joined the firm in 2007 after obtaining her law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude.
At DePaul, Ms. Ahle was a Health Law Institute Fellow and an editor of the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law. As a Fellow, she took an externship at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago and her clinical work exposed her to issues involving health law policy, Stark regulations, and HIPAA. While at DePaul, Ms. Ahle achieved Dean’s List honors and was published in the DePaul Journal of Healthcare Law and the Health Law Institute Newsletter. During law school, she worked at an insurance subrogation law firm.
Ms. Ahle is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court.
