Hoey And Rauchwerger Speak At 2010 PLRB/LIRB Claims Conference

The 2010 PLRB/LIRB Conference held in San Antonio on March 21-24, 2010 featured presentations from several CM attorneys.
CM partner Jim Hoey co-presented on “Building Code Requirements for Repairs.” The learning objectives were to: (1) Identify building code issues and applicable codes in various scenarios; (2) Apply commercial property ordinance or law endorsements; (3) Calculate the financial impact of building code enforcement, including schedule changes; and (4) Identify resources to properly respond to building official requests. CM partner Dean Rauchwerger co-presented on "Federal Tort Claims Act: Suing Uncle Sam."
