CM Partner Robert E. Wilens presented, ‘Coverage and Subrogation: Simultaneous Investigations, Stay Out of Trouble’ at the PLRB Large Loss Conference in New Orleans held November 15-17. Robert was part of a panel discussion including subrogation and coverage attorneys, insurance representatives and adjusters. The discussion covered the delicate balance between conducting subrogation and coverage investigations at the same time, with tips on how to avoid conflict situations and competing experts.
