Stern & Rauchwerger Presents Transportation-Cargo Loss Seminar

On February 27, 2006, CM Partners, Robert A. Stern and Dean S. Rauchwerger, presented a continuing education seminar to more than 50 claims professionals at one of the nation's largest excess and surplus (E&S) and specialty lines carriers, with annual sales of over $2 billion in premium. The Seminar, "Transportation (Cargo) Losses," covered many of the common issues in cargo losses, including bill of lading and notice of claim documents, coverage concerns, liability issues, Carmack, COGSA, BMC 32, burdens of proof and damages.
