Flynn Discusses Changes To The IL Rules Of Professional Conduct

George K. Flynn, a Partner with Clausen Miller P.C. was recently a speaker before the Professional Responsibility Committee of the Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. Mr. Flynn lead the member panel discussion on specific rule changes to the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct, effective January 1, 2010 and their practical application for practitioners.
