Clausen Miller attorney Jack Fassnacht spoke at the 26th annual Conference on Not-For-Profit Organizations held at Chicago-Kent College of Law on June 8, 2008 at 1:50pm.
Jack's session reviewed the types of intellectual property which Not-For Profits have and are likely to overlook protecting. Included were issues in copyright, trademark and the right to publicity.
