Clausen Miller along with Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRP) is proud to announce their combined participation in Strategic Perspectives For Strategic Thinkers: Insights For Changing Times From The DOL’s Top Judge.
The presentation, which featured Chief Judge Paul Igasaki from the Department of Labor, was hosted at the historic Union League Club of Chicago. Judge Igasaki presented his perspective on factors impacting current and future DOL initiatives, what whistleblower laws the DOL may target, strategies for best working with the DOL, and how day-to-day strategic decisions can change management results. The presentation was attended by more than 85 guests from varying levels of human resource and employment professions. Jack Hynes, an Employment Law Partner at Clausen Miller, introduced Judge Igasaki and Jim Barber, also an Employment Law Partner at Clausen Miller and SHRP Board Member, moderated a lively question and answer session after the Judge’s presentation.
