Stern (New York/New Jersey), presented a Seminar on Advanced Subrogation Topics at the 11th Annual National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Conference in Colorado Springs on November 3, 2009. Robert, along with 2 other speakers, discussed advanced issues related to documents, AIA, OCIP, CCIP, Municipalities, Public Utilities, Anti-Subrogation Doctrine, Additional Insured, third-party waiver issues and a host of other topics.
