Barber Presents To SHRP "Legal Updates On Seventh Circuit Decisions"

Clausen Miller Employment Practice Group Chairperson, James S. Barber, presented a seminar entitled "Legal Update On Seventh Circuit Decisions" to the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRP) at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. Discussed were a series of interesting cases from this summer regarding ADA and FMLA employment law. Jim gave practical tips on how employers could have handled the situations better.
