Robert Gilmartin Presents at Property Loss Research Bureau Convention

Senior partner Robert Gilmartin presented a seminar on Soft Cost coverages in a Troubled Economy at the March, 2010 Property Loss Research Bureau's convention in San Antonio, Texas. Bob was joined by General Adjuster Nancy Fisher from the Travelers Companies and Ryan Carruth from the accounting firm RGL Forensics. The seminar distinguished differences in this consequential loss coverage under Builder's Risk policies from direct loss coverages under standard property policies. Of particular relevance, the seminar discussed the highly topical issue whether mezzanine financing arrangements are covered additional interest under soft cost coverages.
