Susan Gummow of Clausen Miller PC partnered with David Bart of RSM McGladrey Inc. and presented a unique seminar to the Toxic Torts Group of a major insurer. The seminar addressed the various ways in which the filing of bankruptcy by an insured or other entity can impact an insurance company. The program was designed to educate the insurance professional on the basics of bankruptcy and it provided them with a working knowledge of the various issues that may arise in a bankruptcy proceeding.
