Henson and Krause Lead Green Construction Litigation Roundtable

Clausen Miller Chicago attorneys Christopher Henson and Brad Krause will be leading a roundtable discussion for the Chicago Chapter of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) on May 17. 2011. The presentation will concern green litigation and update members on current developments in LEED certification. The discussion will be geared towards design professionals, architects and engineers, and will provide tips on how to avoid becoming involved in litigation and to minimize potential liability in this expanding area of the law.
