James Barber Was Invited to Participate in ABA Teleconference

James S. Barber was selected from all presenters at the ABA Labor and Employment Committee's Mid-Winter Meeting to participate in their CLE teleconference.
The program discussed the severe sanctions for electronic discovery abuses and the new federal rules regulating e-discovery that are changing the landscape of civil litigation. It taught how to address the best practices for litigators, records retention issues for employers, and remedies when electronic evidence has not been preserved.
